The applicant has taught more than five years in formal education institutions on April 1, 2010.

For this scholarship, all areas of instruction offered except for the Indonesian Language, Region, Arabic, Religious Education, and Hospitality. In addition, applicants must be willing to learn Japanese language because the language of instruction at the university is Japanese.

Teacher Training Scholarship Program is not accompanied by the bond agency. Scholarship includes a ticket economy class to go from Jakarta to Japan, the entrance examination fee, tuition fee, registration fee, and provided that payment shall be dormitory by the recipients.
