Sebelas Maret University Solo – Indonesia

Sebelas Maret University established since March 11 March 1976, which was initially a combination of 5 universities in the Surakarta. Merging some university, who have one big goal, namely to improve the quality of higher education in Surakarta.

After 5 years do consolidation, UNS prepare to begin the process of development. Physical development began in 1980. Under the leadership of dr. Prakosa, the original campus is located in several places in an incorporated area. Location is in the area Kenthingan, at the Bengawan Solo River, with a coverage area of 60 hectares. Kenthingan this is in the region, development of the campus’s first phase ends in 1985.

Developments of the physical campus are fast, but also offset the growth in other sectors. 1986, Prof.. Dr. Koento Wibisono as the next chancellor, to laying foundations of the acceleration of growth, in this period, changes have occurred, such as the development is good in the academic field and the number of staff, also in the campus infrastructure.

University of Diponegoro Semarang – Indonesia

History of Diponegoro University (Undip) started around the early 1950s the people of Central Java community in general and Semarang in particular, requires the presence of a university as higher education and teaching. This is to assist the government in handling and implementing development in all sectors. At that time, in the Province of Central Java and Yogyakarta have only the University of Gadjah Mada experience as a state university.

Number of high school graduates in the northern part of Central Java who want to continue higher education at the university increasing, but still very limited because of the university, so that not all graduates can be entry there. Recognizing the needs of higher education is increasingly urgent, and the Foundation was established with the University of Semarang Akte Notaris Soeprapto RM No. 59 dated 4 December 1956 as the first step in the establishment of a university with the name of the University of Semarang.

Bogor Agricultural University – Indonesia

Historical development of the Bogor Institute of Agriculture (IPB) starting from the stage embryonic years (1941-1963), was born and growth phase (1963-1975), teen phase (1975-2000), the implementation of autonomy IPB (2000-2005) and the phase IPB based Agency Law (BHMN) that will begin in 2006. In 2007 the embryonic IPB expected to be ready for university research.

At the beginning IPB embryonic development institutions, and higher secondary education and agricultural animal medicine that began in the early 20th century in Bogor. Before World War II institutions secondary education is known by the name Middelbare Landbouw School, Middelbare Bosbouw School and Nederlandsch Indiche Veeartsen School.
